Charles I on horseback trampling discarded arms.

Heavenly hand binding together the rose of England and thistle of Scotland.
Medallic Illustrations I, 283/92. By Thomas Simon, commemorates the extinction of the rebellion in Scotland in 1639. Three examples with this die pairing are known - one in gold owned by George III with the same strike weaknesses, a sharper struck second example in silver (both in the British Museum), and this one.
